Your personal healing journey steadily continues at your own pace after receiving the Personal Wellness Plan. The personal commitment of three naturopathic continuing care consults intensifies the energy for positive change and allows more quality time for healing to occur within the mind and body! Each visit is a 60 minute consultation to provide further support along your healing journey and to assess the Personal Wellness Plan for alterations that may need to occur for achieving your optimal Self each time. Follow up consults are recommended every 4-8 weeks for 6 months-1 year.
