Your personal healing journey steadily continues at your own pace after receiving the Personal Wellness Plan. This visit is a 60 minute consultation to provide further support along your healing journey and to assess the Personal Wellness Plan for alterations that may need to occur for achieving your optimal Self. Follow up consults are recommended every 4-8 weeks for 6 months-1 year.
